To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your jewellery in the provided Orli pouch and cleaning it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $75. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Orli Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
