Returns & Exchanges

At Orli Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Orli Jewellery branded packaging and ensure they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
